And promoted by this industrial group, led by dynamic, technically qualified and relevant field experienced professionals in Investment casting foundry line. M / S HI-CON TECHNOCAST PVT. Ltd. Have the creditability of catering both FERROUS & NON-FERROUS Investment Castings as per various specifications like IS, BS, ASTM, DIN, JIS, GOST etc and other international standard specifications. We have manufacturing capacity to cast 80 Metric Ton per month, casting component with weight ranging from 10 grams to 100 Kgs single piece with a wide range of materials e. G. Stainless Steel CF-8, CF-8M, CG8M, CF-3, CF-3M, CN-7M (Alloy-20) , CA-15, CA-40, CD4MCu (Duplex) , CB7Cu-1 (17-4PH) etc and Super Alloy like MONEL, INCONEL, HAST ALLOY-B & C, STELLITE etc and complete range of CARBON STEEL (WCB, WCC etc) and entire range of EN-series and serving to various industrial sectors viz, INDUSTRIAL VALVE, PUMP, AUTOMOBILE, SURGICAL, AIRCRAFT & AEROSPACE, TEXTILE, GENERAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL SWITCH GEAR etc. Etc. Being an ISO 9001: 2000 certified unit we have all adequate plant facilities and technically trained work force to produce quality castings as per requirement. We are well equipped with in-house lab facilities for chemical analysis and physical / material testing equipments for quality control. Investment Casting Tolerance in general other than specified is followed and maintained as per IS: 11166-1993 Class 2 and also as per international standards. We are also regularly exporting our products to continents like USA, UK & European Countries with exportable quality to the tune of their total satisfaction & observing a distinct status as a qualified manufacturer of Investment Castings in the country and abroad.
